ABSTRACT

The purpose of this paper is to attain the pursuit of happiness by preventing and minimizing those essential factors calling unhappiness that can be occurred in the fields of various Engineering Activities.

We can recognize frequently-occurring many kinds of negative factors that can bring down misfortune through the various Engineering Activities during we search & study and work. And to our regret, we have been facing with lots of miseries of mankind on Engineering Activities when we overlook and neglect those contents of the fundamental philosophic decision-making on Engineering Philosophy. In general, passing over those contents not only bring misfortune on mankind under the normal state, but also they are finally making political community, human beings, all living things as well as ecosystem ruin.

Accordingly, this paper mainly analyzes the whole factors such as risks on lack of Engineering Philosophy, philosophic decision-making for Engineers, 10 essential groups for prevention and minimization against incidents and disasters, negative core factors in Engineering, etc.
